Porsche gave us something special in 2008, the Limited Edition Boxster and Boxster S. Pricing started at $59,900 for the Boxster S version. The Limited Edition’s bright orange paint was previously featured on the race-ready Porsche 911 GT3 RS.
The Limited Edition is equipped with a sport exhaust system, and safety bars (also painted orange). The SportDesign package includes “spoiler lips” in the front, an automatically extending and redesigned rear spoiler, and modified rear diffuser. There are black alloy wheels—18-inch on the Boxster and 19-inch on the Boxster S—and black exterior side mirrors, and black front and side air inlets. Black carries over to the seats, carpet, dash, door panels and other surrounding soft surfaces.
Today, Bring A Trailer presents you the opportunity to acquire number 141 of the 250 Porsche Boxster S Limited Edition examples ever made. Like all other examples, the car is also finished in bright orange and features a black leather and Alcantara interior. It is powered by a mid-mounted 3.4L flat-six capable of producing 295 horsepower and 252 lb-ft of torque and is paired to a six-speed manual transaxle.
Being a limited edition example, this Boxster comes with special features that includes a black soft top, 19″ Carrera S wheels, heated seats, bi-xenon headlights, a rear spoiler, cruise control, and the Sport Chrono and Bose High-End Sound packages.
This 2008 Porsche Boxster S Limited Edition is a well-cared for example of the limited-edition sports car, with a comprehensive service history. It is presented in a very condition despite showing over 50k miles on its odometer and would certainly make for a nice addition to any Porsche collection. This is a stylish roadster that will also do well as weekend cruiser or as a daily driver. Get it now on Bring A Trailer!
