The Iconic Autobody 386 Speedster Homage pays a handsome tribute to the legendary Porsche 356 Speedster, built on the well-regarded 986-era Boxster platform. Created by Worcestershire-based Iconic Autobody, this unique model features bespoke coach-built bodywork over the dynamic 986-generation Porsche Boxster platform.
Adorned in a stunning matte-grey shade with white number ‘4’ racing roundels and a beige convertible roof, the interior boasts a black cabin with Camel leather and houndstooth cloth upholstery, complemented by camel trim sections.
Rolling on 19-inch steel-style alloy wheels finished in copper with chrome center caps and anodized lips, the car is fitted with Nankang Noble Sport tires. The factory specifications include automatic climate control, a Porsche CDR-22 stereo, CD storage, and electrically adjustable seats.
The 386 Speedster Homage showcases several distinctive features, such as LED headlights, leather bonnet straps, clear teardrop tail lights, bullet-style door mirrors, ventilated seat inserts, black diamond-quilted frunk trim, a 356-style bonnet handle, a bespoke vented front bumper, a customized rear bumper with integrated LED reversing light and fog light, 356-style rear engine lid vents, chrome exhaust tips, and a chrome fuel filler cap, as well as rear quarter panel vents.
Powering this unique model is a naturally aspirated 2.7-liter flat-six engine, producing around 225bhp and delivering power to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transmission.
