Porsche Of The Day: 1991 Porsche 911 Reimagined By Singer

This remarkable 911 is a bespoke sports car, crafted by Singer Vehicle Design, and is one of the few Targa models ever produced by the company. The car was originally a UK-delivered right-hand drive 964 Targa, which underwent a complete rebuild and customization process by Singer in California between 2016 and 2018.

This particular car’s bodywork is finished in Blue Blood with light ghosted stripes, and features a Targa roof panel in Navy Blue. The interior and exterior accents are finished in Deep Orange, which contrasts beautifully with the exterior paint.

Inside the car, you’ll find Recaro sport seats that are four-way adjustable and trimmed in Deep Orange synthetic suede. The seats’ center panels feature the sought-after ‘Leatherweave’ finish, brass grommets, and glossy piano black seat backs. The door cards and armrests are also trimmed in the Deep Orange ‘Leatherweave,’ with suede-trimmed pulls straps. The dashboard trim strip features a woven leather finish, and the Momo Prototipo steering wheel is trimmed in black suede.

Under the engine lid is an Ed Pink Racing Engines 4.0-litre naturally aspirated flat-six, which produces 390 horsepower and 315lb-ft of torque, coupled to a five-speed G50 manual transmission and limited-slip differential. The car rides on 17-inch alloy wheels, with Deep Orange-finished center petals and Brembo ventilated brake discs with four-pot calipers, also painted in Deep Orange.
