Porsche GT3 RS Takes On A Ferrari 360 Modena

In their newest episode of THIS vs THAT, Hoonigan attempts to drag race a 1999 Ferrari 360 Modena against a 2010 Porsche GT3 RS.

The Porsche 997 GT3 RS is a straightforward sports car that delivers raw power without the added complexity of modern technology. Its 3.8-liter naturally-aspirated flat-six engine is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, and the car weighs in at approximately 3000 lbs.

In contrast, the Ferrari 360 Modena is equipped with a 3.6-liter naturally-aspirated V8 engine that is paired with a 6-speed paddle-operated manual transmission, driving the rear wheels. Aside from having a 50 hp deficit, it also carries an extra 300 lbs compared to the Porsche.

Watch the video to see how this drag race on an airstrip went down and also enjoy the beautiful sound that these two cars make.
