(2011) Porsche 911 Turbo S 10 Year Anniversary Edition (997.2) – Ultimate Guide

In 2011, Porsche China released a special limited edition model to celebrate an active decade in the Chinese market. The Porsche 10 Year Anniversary Edition is yet another 911 and only ten copies, each with a stylish plaque with the chassis number.

The Porsche has a Gold Bronze Metallic paint, combined with matte black carbon components such as the hood, rear wing, tailgate and side mirrors. The interior is a combination of black with gold stitching leather, alcantara and carbon. On the seats it says “10 Year Anniversary Edition”. Other highlights include a Sport Design steering wheel, unique floor mats and special badging.

Underneath, you will spot a 997 911 Turbo S. So that means it is powered by a 3.8 liter boxer engine with 523 bhp @ 6250 rpm and 516 ft lbs @ 2100 rpm. The Anniversary Edition sits on 19 inch glossy black wheels similar to the Sport Classic 911. Like the standard Turbo S, power is provided by a turbocharged 3.8-liter six-cylinder engine and that epic performance is the same as the Turbo S across the board. That means, with a seven-speed PDK transmission, the Porsche 911 Turbo S 10 Year Anniversary Edition accelerates from 0 – 60mph in just 3.1 seconds and sprints to a top speed of 195 mph.

Production will be limited to 10 units, but no word on pricing.
