A supremely promising early phase of the World Endurance Championship in 2024 shone favorably on Porsche, where their Factory Hypercars were performing well. Customer Hypercars in the hands of Jota and Proton were dominating, and the GT3 entries run by Manthey were the toast of the class. All eyes were focussed on the greatest prize of the season, the race victory at the 24 hours of Le Mans.
