The new Porsche Panamera has arrived, offering a sleek, four-door sports saloon that’s both fast and loaded with cutting-edge technology, especially the Panamera Turbo E-Hybrid, which pairs a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with an electric motor.
Together, they deliver an impressive 618 horsepower and 930 lb-ft of torque, allowing the car to accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 3.2 seconds and reach a top speed of 196 mph. The Turbo E-Hybrid also features a full electric mode, capable of driving up to 55 miles on a single charge, making it perfect for quiet city commutes.
Porsche has also equipped this model with its Active Ride suspension as standard, a cutting-edge system powered by a 400V high-voltage architecture. This advanced suspension, exclusive to E-Hybrid models, uses electronically controlled hydraulic pumps in each shock absorber to actively adjust rebound and compression forces for enhanced handling.
