Suisse Commission by Singer Vehicle Design

Singer Vehicle Design – Suisse Commission

Today, we take a closer look at the Singer Vehicle Designs Suisse Commission. This left hand drive coupe is yet another green Singer. Like other Classic Study cars, the Suisse is built in Singer’s California location. This car was shared with the public in February 2022. It is a 4.0 liter rear-wheel drive coupe presented in a Miura Blue exterior color.

The centrally mounted, external fuel filler, machined in aluminum. The Miura Blue exterior color is complemented by the nickel bright trim – which allows for this soft, golden glow. There are light ghosted stripes and lettering across the outside of the car. Carbon fiber, speed-activated rear spoiler. Wheels wear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires and behind them sit carbon-ceramic brakes with calipers finished in black with gloss black lettering.

The car’s interior is trimmed in black. Early 911 gauges are selected, with green markings over a black background. The front luggage compartment, like the cabin, is trimmed in black leather with black stitching. The car has sports seats with 8-way electrical adjustment, again trimmed in black leather with woven seat centers and nickel grommets. Seat backs are finished in piano black. Carpet is selected for the sills and continues down the transmission tunnel and onto the lower surfaces in the rear compartment. A sub-woofer for the audio system is installed under the rear left seat. An ebony and walnut gear shifter knob is specified for the 6-speed manual transmission.

Powering the Suisse commission is a 4.0L, naturally aspirated, air-cooled flat-six, featuring a ceramic plenum finish.
The owner has specified a 6-speed, manual gearbox and rear-wheel-drive for their Porsche 911 reimagined by Singer.
