The Porsche 911 GT2 RS debuted with the 997 generation in 2010, earning widespread acclaim. The 991-generation GT2 RS followed in 2018, boasting an additional 80 horsepower and 37 lb-ft of torque compared to its predecessor. This enables the car to rocket from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds, complete the quarter-mile in 10.5 seconds, and achieve a top speed of 211 mph.
The 991 GT2 RS features a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat-six engine delivering an impressive 700 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque. Power is routed to the rear wheels via a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch automatic transaxle and a limited-slip differential with Porsche Torque Vectoring.
While immensely powerful, the GT2 RS is also remarkably lightweight. Extensive use of carbon fiber, including the roof panel, anti-roll bars, and front lid—all part of the optional $18,000 Weissach Package—helps keep its weight to just 3,241 pounds.
This 2018 Porsche 911 GT2 RS, with just 168 miles on the odometer, is finished in paint-to-sample Gulf Blue and features black leather and Alcantara interior accented with red stitching. Equipped with the Weissach Package, it benefits from reduced weight and enhanced downforce thanks to additional carbon-fiber components and aerodynamic refinements.
Additional options include dynamic LED headlights, a front-axle lift system, Satin Black 20″ and 21″ center-lock alloy wheels, a Bose surround-sound system, a fire extinguisher, the Sport Chrono Package, illuminated carbon-fiber sill plates, and Racing Yellow seatbelts for the carbon-backed bucket seats. The interior also features Alcantara-trimmed sun visors, Voice Control, and premium finishes, combining performance with luxury.
