Porsche Of The Day: 1990 Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer – Classic Study

Dubbed as the “Denmark Commission”

This Porsche 911 reimagined by Singer, known as The “Denmark Commission,” showcases a stunning and meticulously crafted design. Finished in Rome Red Metallic, this 911 pays tribute to the red rooftops and brick streets of Copenhagen’s Indre By neighborhood.

Underneath the striking exterior lies an extensively upgraded chassis, including a completely seam-welded original tub. At its core is a 3.8-liter flat six-cylinder engine, producing 350 horsepower, hand-built by Ed Pink Racing Engines. The engine retains the 964-generation block but includes custom pistons, cylinders, heads, and various other bespoke components.

Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Inside, optional eight-way adjustable Recaro seats are upholstered in black woven leather and suede, with matching dashboard and door panel trim. Additional features include modern air conditioning, an electric sunroof, a premium Audison Hi-Fi audio system, and an adjustable Öhlins suspension system.
