The 991 Turbo S Exclusive GB Edition was created to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the 911 Turbo and was exclusively available in the UK, with only 40 units produced. Crafted by Porsche Exclusive, the brand’s personalization division, this special edition pays homage to the original 911 Turbo 930 from 1974.
The design team at Porsche Exclusive added distinctive features such as a black rear upper spoiler and 20-inch Sport Classic alloy wheels in gloss black. They also incorporated black accents on the exterior door handles, mirrors, and classic 1970s-style Porsche script along the sills.
Inside, the car boasts black leather upholstery with Guards Red contrasting stitching to echo the original 930 Turbo’s Guards Red. Unique touches include an embossed Union flag on the center storage lid, extensive carbon fiber elements, and bespoke floor mats with leather edges. Special illuminated carbon sill guards highlight the edition’s exclusivity.
Buyers could choose from three exterior colors: silver, white, or red, with Guards Red being a nod to the classic color of the original 911 Turbo. The 911 Turbo S Exclusive GB Edition features a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six engine producing up to 560bhp, delivered to all four wheels via a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission.
