Lots of ‘errors’. All continentals had 1500 cc engines only and were only sent to the USA. All Continentals used the 3-piece engine which were designated by as 546/2 (1500N) and 528/2 (1500S). Solex 40’s were used only on the Super engines so the engine should be 528/2 NOT 527. The transmission should be a Porsche transmission (full syncro) NOT a VW transmission (non-syncro) (which had been discontinued for some time). The lower body molding was not present on early Continental coupes and is questionable on later coupes. Not sure suspension could still be considered VW although certainly based on the VW design.
