Singer 911 sells for $935,000

Reimagined classic combines technology with luxury

Background

Singer bills its Porsche creations not simply as restorations, but as cars that are “Reimagined by Singer,” with modern upgrades and custom detailing. They meld Porsche styling cues from different generations to create cars with a distinct aesthetic. The company defines its mission as “A Relentless Pursuit of Excellence,” and no detail is too small. “Everything is important,” Singer explains on its website. “Success in our mission requires a unique approach. Every detail, no matter how small, must be considered and optimized. These three words are the constant mantra that guides our pursuit of perfection.”

One of those Reimagined Porsches just sold at the 2025 Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction, with a sell price of $935K. The car is finished in paint-to-sample Green Blood Dark, with full-car clear film paint protection. Subtle yet distinctive finishes include nickel-plated bumperettes and exterior mirrors, nickel RS wheel centers with black background and open lug nuts, and 24k gold decklid Porsche lettering and Singer script. Reimagined date of June 16, 2023. Powered by a 4.0-liter engine by Ed Pink and 6-speed manual transmission. Has Öhlins suspension, Brembo brakes, Michelin PS4S tires, premium leather interior, custom green paint and 24-karat gold accents.

Interior

The interior is warm and inviting with Baseball Glove premium leather sourced from Connolly’s Monza collection. The seats are of carbon construction with inserts with machined grommets in a bright trim finish. Contrasting black leather adorns the A- and B-pillars, the dash, roll tops, parcel shelf and knee pads. Square-weave leather paneling adds further texture and character. The exterior Green Blood Dark color is carried inside on the lower sills and tunnel.

The driving environment is geared toward Porsche aficionados. The gauge set is early 911 style, with green markers and nickel trim. The steering wheel is a Momo Prototipo in a bespoke finish with black leather wrap with black stitching. The shift knob has a Piano Black finish. The Singer script on the dash is finished in 24k gold. Comforts include air conditioning and a stereo system teamed with Apple CarPlay. The luggage and engine compartments are finished in Connolly Parkside leather.

Engine

The detailed 4.0-liter air-cooled flat-6 looks as good as it performs. Enhancements include Ed Pink camshafts, a ceramic inlet plenum and an Emtron ECU tune. It breathes through a high-flow catalytic converter and a titanium exhaust and muffler system. A 4.0 engine badge adorns the rear decklid ventilation grille. The engine is teamed with a 6-speed gearbox

Handling has always been one of the 911’s strengths, and the Singer modifications take those abilities to the next level. The car has been fitted with an Öhlins 2-way sport adjustable suspension system and Michelin PS4S tires. The braking package consists of premium Brembo calipers with carbon-ceramic rotors.
